SDIC (Sodium Dichloroisocyanurate)
C₃HCl₂N₃NaO₃ | CAS: 2893-78-9 | HS: 29336900
Product Description
SDIC is a fast-dissolving, water-soluble solid chlorine disinfectant widely used in food hygiene, hospital disinfection, and water sanitation applications where rapid, complete chlorine release is needed. Unlike TCCA, SDIC dissolves quickly and completely, making it ideal for preparing fresh disinfectant solutions by batch. It is the chlorine source of choice in effervescent disinfection tablets for surface wiping solutions and in portable water purification sachets. MITCHEM supplies anhydrous and dihydrate forms for export to hygiene product manufacturers and water sanitation programmes.
